The Parker K‑MT 1‑8 Heatless Adsorption Dryer is designed to deliver reliable and efficient drying of industrial compressed air systems. Engineered for compact installations, the unit can be installed either free-standing or wall mounted, making it ideal for facilities where space is limited while still requiring high-quality air treatment.
This heatless adsorption dryer provides pressure dew points down to -40°C, with optional configurations available for -25°C and -70°C, ensuring consistent protection against moisture contamination in compressed air systems. The K-MT 1-8 range supports volume flows up to 86 m³/h at 7 barg (100 psig), making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
Each unit is supplied with integrated high-performance pre- and after filtration, ensuring effective removal of oil aerosols and particulate contamination before and after the drying process. This integrated filtration system improves air purity and protects downstream equipment.
For enhanced efficiency, an optional dew point dependent switching (DDS) feature can be installed. When enabled, a dew point sensor monitors the outlet air and triggers tower changeover only when the target dew point is reached. This extends the drying cycle and reduces unnecessary purge air consumption, resulting in significant energy savings.
